How to Ensure Clear Signal Transmission?

It is suggested to put the TC196 WiFi controller nearby the WiFi router for a better network connection. The distance between the WiFi controller and the router should be within 50 feet.

What Should I Pay Attention to about the WiFi Remote Controller?

The WiFi remote controller only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. So you need to adjust your WiFi router line to 2.4GHz signal, if your wifi is 5GHz signal.

What Is the Power Input of the TC196 Tuya WiFi Remote Control?

The power input of the WiFi controller is 9-24 VAC/DC. The included power adapter is 100-240VAC and can be plugged directly into the home socket. The WiFi controller can also be powered by AC-DC power supply, battery or transformer.
