No, these aren’t “uber-gamer” laptops, but they’re DAMNED close. They’re very good little boxes that have lasted my wife and I years. I got my first Nitro 5 some 5 years ago, cracked the screen, then bought another. Then I paid to have the screen repaired on the old one because it was just such a good little box, and now I’ve bought one as a gift for a family member. They’re just… flat… good machines. And I’m a software developer, for what that’s worth.

I needed a laptop that could house a large SSD for work and i wanted it to be able to run triple A games on max graphics and RTX settings. It’s a little wobbly as it is made entirely of plastic, but for the price it is a good deal. The keyboard is a little low and soft as well as the mousepad being a bit to soft IMO. It runs perfectly though, I can play most games with the graphics on ultra smoothly, albiet the fans get a bit noisy. Overall, it is a solid build and if you’re not picky its an awesome buy.

It’s a beauty to unbox and looks absolutely grand, The large 17.3″ screen is a distinctive presence with 1080p full HD and 144Hz refresh rate. The vital hardware items you get in this laptop are all sufficient and capable to last you for a long time for gaming or other purposes. It’s a powerhouse of an Intel 12th generation, yes it is able to handle any of the games I played on it, it really stands out as a laptop that will be used and loved.

Great for the money but keyboard does not pop out of top if needs replaced

first one had a dead screen out of the box but replacement runs great. I5 is still a solid high end gaming cpu and the video chip has no issues running ultra settings for world of tanks.
