1. APP installation – The TV box supports the installation of Android apps from the App Store, APK Pure, Aptoide, apkmirror, and Aptoide TV. If a downloaded app doesn’t work,

2. The box keeps buffering or after using the tv box for a period of time it becomes slow .

a) just restore it to the factory in the setting.b) clean up the memory regularly, otherwise too much occupied memory will also make the box buffering.

3. Can’t connect to wifi

can not connect wifi and connect tv box with ethernet cable at the same time. if you use wifi, you need to take off ethernet cable.restore it to the factory in the setting.

4. Remote can’t navigate on some apps

This is because these apps are mainly available for tablets and phones that have a touch screen setup or mouse. you can just ues mouse or mini keyboard to control it.

5. Sometimes you can’t use the remote control to go forward and backward, as well as pause in playback.

At this time the controller is in the mouse mode process, you have to press the key with the mouse icon on the remote control to exit the cursor mode.

6.How to use the keyboard– it has a usb receiver in the backside of the cover, open the cover, insert AAA batteries to the keyboard, insert the usb receiver to the usb port of the tv box, press ” turn on” button on the keyboard, then you can control the tv box by the keyboard.

7. When the mini keyboard does not work and lights up yellow, it may be that you accidentally press Fn and F1 keys at the same time, the keyboard is locked and when the layout is wrong you need to pair it manually.

Manual pairing —- Press FN first, don’t release, then long press F1, wait for the blue light to flash rapidly, release the key, reinsert the usb receiver and restart the keyboard, wait for the blue light not to flash, it means the pairing is successful.

8. 6K 8K function — please make sure that your tv set is real 6K or 8K function, some tv set is only soft-ware supported 6K or 8K, so you can not use 6K 8K function with tv box.
