With all the tools packed into a carrying bag, the Light Dome Mini III is a ready-to-go solution for fine tuning the perfect soft-footprint lighting.

Create beautiful, round eyelights with the Light Dome Mini III’s 32-sided circular design to breathe life into the eyes of any subject. As the most circular shape of any softbox on the market, this compact beauty-dish style softbox allows you to create rounder reflections that mimic natural light sources like the sun.

Continuing with Aputure’s exclusive 16-rod, 32-panel patented design, the light diffusion surface closely resembles a circular shape. When used in conjunction with Aputure’s Light Storm spotlight series, it effortlessly creates the perfect catchlight effect.
Designed to be even more compact with the mini size and quick-install cardan plate, it enhances setup and portability during shoots and transitions. Due to its lightweight nature, it can be mounted on vertically positioned fixtures without overloading them, offering various angles of soft light on set.
For the first time, a detachable mounting system is adopted. This allows for the cardan plate to be disassembled, facilitating storage during transportation, packing, and even when boarding flights under extreme conditions.
