How to Switch Connection Modes for Your Goblin X4?

1. From USB wireless transceiver to Bluetooth 5.2

Step 1: When the headset is off, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to power on and enter pairing mode.

Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and select “Black Shark Goblin X4” from the list of device found.

Step 3: Wait for pairing to complete. You will hear a audio prompt once your headset has successfully paired and connected to your device.

Note: Once the headset has been paired, it will automatically try to connect to the last paired device each time it is powered on.

2. From Bluetooth 5.2 to USB wireless transceiver

Step 1: When the headset is connected, disable Bluetooth or disconnect “Black Shark Goblin X4” on your mobile device.

Step 2: Unplug and replug the USB wireless transceiver into your devices.

Step 3: Wait until the status indicator changes to static blue indicating that the headset is now connected to the USB wireless transceiver.

Note: Do not connect your Goblin X4 via USB wireless transceiver and Bluetooth 5.2 at the same time, it will cause intermittent sound or no sound because of signal conflict. If it happens, just disconnect one.

How to Reconnect Goblin X4 to the 2.4GHz Wireless Transceiver?

Step 1: Plug the USB wireless transceiver into your devices.

Step 2: Use a pin to press and hold the pairing switch on the USB wireless transceiver for 2 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly, and the transceiver enters pairing mode.

Step 3: When your Goblin X4 is off, hold the power button for 6 seconds to power it on and enter pairing mode.

Step 4: Your Goblin X4 will automatically reconnect to the USB wireless transceiver.
