Faster Heating

This steam iron heats up fast and doubles as a vertical steamer! It takes less than a minute to reach maximum temperature. The Mueller Steam Iron heats much faster than traditional irons. Its steam setting only takes 3 seconds to regenerate, which means your vertical steaming is easier.

Stainless Steel Soleplate

Effortlessly glide across fabrics on our precision stainless steel soleplate when steam ironing. The carefully designed holes in the sole produce excellent steam distribution while the angled tip navigates tight areas like collars, buttons, and edges. Remember to remove the clear protective foil on the soleplate before first using the iron.

Retractable Cord

The retract button on the base winds up our 8 ft long retractable cord. Retracting the cord keeps it tidy in storage and allows you to control how much cord you need for different ironing tasks as you expertly steam wrinkles from clothes.

Variable Temperature Control

Adjust the temperature dial to select the fabric type (viscose/polyester, silk/wool, cotton/linen). Our temperature indicator light will show the iron is heating up. When the light turns itself off, you can begin ironing. If the light comes on during use, the iron is simply maintaining its temperature.

Spray Button

Press the Spray Button on top of the handle to direct a stream of water onto any stubborn wrinkle from the nozzle at the front of the iron. Press down slowly for a jet of water or quickly and firmly for a mist. Turn off the iron and use the included fill cup to refill the water tank, when needed.

Burst of Steam

Use the steam button underneath the handle to create a burst of steam from the iron sole. Regulate the amount of steam with the Steam Dial (photo at left) to work on tough wrinkles on your linen or wool garment. Move the slider all the way to the left for no steam when you want to dry iron.

Self-Cleaning

There are so many features on this multifunctional and low maintenance iron. We designed it to handle tough wrinkles and also clean itself. The self-cleaning button removes scale and impurities from the soleplate. We recommend using it every 10-15 days. Our included manual provides detailed steps.

Ideal for Quick Touch Ups

Straighten wrinkles in your curtains or hung garments when you use the iron vertically. Press the steam button once to generate a powerful burst, instead of a continuous amount of steam. Hold the iron slightly away from the fabric. A burst can only be produced at high temperature settings. See the manual for more detail.

Remove Stubborn Wrinkles

Easily access hard to reach areas around buttons, collars, and navigate pleated fabrics with the precision tip. Use the spray nozzle to target tough wrinkles that need a little extra love. Our iron offers superior wrinkle removal with the ability to steam directly on fabric. Just add more water when you need it.

Tap Water Friendly

Use the fill cup and regular tap water to fill the large water tank reservoir when the iron is unplugged. Our special resin filter (permanent with no need to replace it) will prevent scale build-up from calcium and magnesium. It also softens the water. Unplug the iron then place it on its stable heel rest with the iron upright to fill it.
