Common problems and solutions

1: How to connect the power supply of the device?

Solution:

Connection of the device to the power supply of the motorcycle.

(1) Via USB（The USB output voltage is: 5V, output current:≥ 2A）

(2) Powered by motorcycle power supply

1. Connect the red line (+) to ignition switch（ACC）.

2. Connect the black line (-) to the negaive pole

When you turn on the motorcycle, the device will turn on automatically.

The device automatically turns off after the motorcycle is turned off, no need to turn it off manually.

Note: Do not connect the red cable directly to the battery, otherwise the device will run out of battery power and the device will not turn off automatically after the motorcycle is turned off.

2.Equipment system update

Solution: The unit is the Linux system, which does not support updates.

3: After connecting the cable, the product does not start, or keeps restarting?

Solution:

(1)The power cord wiring is not in good contact.

(2)The screws of the back cover are not tightened.

(3)The two screws of the internal power contact of the rear cover are not tightened.

(4)When using USB for power supply, the USB current is not enough (reported by many customers). It is recommended to use our 12V to 5V 2.5A power supply.

4. No memory of time?

Solution: After the power supply of the unit is disconnected, the clock memory period is 7 days, and after 7 days, the clock returns to the motherboard’s factory date. After Carplay is connected, it automatically synchronizes to the main menu of the unit. After connecting to Android Auto, the clock can only be synchronized in the Android Auto menu, the unit main menu clock needs to be manually set.

5. The automatic connection of Android Auto is unstable and it is difficult to reconnect.

Solution:

(1)Check if the unit WiFi and phone WiFi are turned on

(2)Delete the Bluetooth pairing record of the phone and pair the unit Bluetooth again

(3)Restart Unit

(4)Clear Android app cache on mobile phones

6. Unable to connect Bluetooth headset or helmet.

Solution: IPhone can directly connect to Bluetooth audio devices, as long as it is a device supported by iPhone.

Motorcycle portable screens may not be able to connect to modified Bluetooth devices or a few brands of Bluetooth devices.
